(20) Remove two quick pins (20) and pins (21) from extensions (16).
WARNING
Keep hands and fingers away from adapters and tow
eyes when operating retriever controls. Personal injury
could result.
CAUTION
If disabled vehicle has towing shackles installed,
remove shackles and stow in disabled vehicle.
Soldier B position crosstube (7) so holes in extensions (16) aline with
front tow eyes (22).
(22) Insert two pins (21) through extensions (16) and front tow eyes (22).
Install two quick pins (20) in pins (21).
