Table 4-2 in
this section lists the common malfunctions that maybe found during the operation or
maintenance of
the
semitrailer or components. You should perform the test or inspections and corrective actions in the order listed.
This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions. If a
malfunction is not listed or is not corrected by the listed corrective actions, notify your supervisor.

Malfunction. Visual or operational indication that something is wrong with the semitrailer.
Test or Inspection. Procedure to isolate the problem to a component or system.
Corrective Action. Procedure to correct problem.
