Main harness (1)
Lay out entire harness under semitrailer.
Harness branch (4)
a.
Feed piece of safety wire through both
Crossmember (2)
crossmembers (2) and (3),
and cross-
member (3)
b.
Connect safety wire to one of
connectors (5).
Pull connectors one by one through
c.
both crossmembers (2) and (3) until
all of branch (4) has been pulled
through.
Harness branch (6)
Repeat step 35.
Main harness (1)
a. Route piece of safety wire through
both crossmembers (2) and (3).
b. Connect to harness (1).
c. Pull harness (1) through both cross-
members (2) and (3).

Four grommets (7)
Put on.
Crossmembers
Four grommets (7)
Using 3/16-inch flat-tip screwdriver,
(2) and (3)
push in.
Harness branch (6)
Feed through.
Grommets (11), (12),
Put on.
