a.
The M860A1 Flatbed Semitrailer is designed to be towed by a 10 ton, 8x8, Tractor Truck (M983).
b.
The semitrailer is equipped:
(1) To transport either the Patriot Missile launcher or the search/track radar set.
(2) With outriggers to provide leveling of the semitrailer when the search/radar set is deployed on
uneven ground.
