d. Place wheel (1) and tire (2) on pedestal (5)
with valve stem (6) upward. Position wheel
and tire so three holes (7) in top of pedestal
are alined with wheel mounting holes.
e. Install three hex bolts (8), flat washers (9)
and hex nuts (10) to secure wheel and tire
to pedestal (5). Mounting hardware is sup-
plied with pedestal.
f. Apply tire and rim lubricant to bead all
around circumference.
g. Insert straight ends of long tire irons (11
and 12) between bead and rim approxi-
mately 6 inches on each side of stem (6).
h. Hold long tire irons (11 and 12) in position
and insert short tire iron (13) between bead
and rim on side directly opposite stem (6).
