While rotating wheel, tighten turnbuckle (21) until brake begins to drag.

Back off turnbuckle (21) until wheel turns freely.

Check adjustment by applying handbrake using handbrake lever (4). If handbrake lever will not fully extend,
loosen turnbuckle (21) slightly.
Tighten jamnuts (20 and 28).

Lower trailer and return wheel chocks to holders.
FOLLOW-ON TASKS:
Lubricate handbrake lever (Chapter 3, Section 1).
