Get from small arms case in oddment tray:
q Ruptured cartridge case extractor (A).
q Cleaning rod sections and handle (B).
Make Sure:
q ELEVTTRAV POWER switch (C)
is set to OFF.
q MACHINE GUN switch (D)
is set to OFF.
q Machine gun is unloaded
(page 2-563).
NOTE
Do not attach swab holder.
q Screw cleaning rod sections and
handle (B) together.
q Remove machine gun barrel (page 3-160).
