From front of unit, remove six screws (1), lockwashers (2), and flat washers (3)

Loosen two setscrews (6) and carefully pull off evaporator impeller (5) and key

Loosen two setscrews (17) and pull condenser impeller (16) and key (18) from

motor.

Remove four screws (19) to release baffle mounting brackets (20) from motor.
Remove two bolts (11), lockwashers (12), flat washers (13), and sleeves (14) to

remove motor bracket (15) from motor.
Disconnect harness from motor.

Remove four bolts (8), flat washers (10), and nuts (9) to release motor from
7.
casing.

INSPECTION.
Inspect impeller fans for broken, loose, or bent blades and other damage.

Inspect ring, brackets, and baffle for damage.
2.
Replace any defective parts.

REPAIR.
1.
Repair impeller fans by replacement.
2.
Repair ring, brackets, and baffle by straightening and removing burrs.
INSTALLATION.
d.
Insert motor into rear of unit and secure flange to casing wall using four bolts

(8), flat washers (10), and nuts (9).

Connect motor to harness.
Attach motor to motor bracket (15) using two bolts (11), lockwashers (12), flat

washers (13), and sleeves (14).
