Bearings are permanently lubricated and sealed at the time of manufacture. Do
not attempt to clean or relubricate them. Keep bearings in plastic bags or wrap
securely in grease-proof paper until needed for reassembly.

Install bearing (3) into end plate (6).
(n) Carefully place rotor (11) into stator (4) per marking made during disassembly.
(o) Coat rotor (11) shafts with oil and slip end plates (5) and (6) onto shaft ends.
(p) Slip grommet (10) into end plate (5) and aline match marks. Secure motor assembly with four
screws (9), lock washers (8), and nuts (7).
(q) Turn rotor (11) shaft by hand to check rotation. There should be no drag or binding, Correct as
necessary.
(r) Check for proper end play (0.002 -0.005 inch (0.051 -0.127 mm)).
NOTE
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
Connect power at power source.
