Replacement
NOTE
The coil can be replaced without opening the refrigeration pressure system.
(1)
Remove nut, data plate, and coil from valve body.
(2)
Tag and cut solenoid coil leads at a convenient distance from the coil.
(3)
Place coil assembly and data plate on tubeof valve body and secure with nut.
Follow-on procedures:

Install junction box. (See para 4-32.)
(2)
Install top panel (for L2 only). (See para 4-18.)
