Sight Glass
A brass tube with a glass window in the
refrigerant line of the condenser. Shows amount
of refrigerant or oil in system and indicates
presence of gas bubbles and moisture in liquid
line.

Service Valve
Spring-loaded device which permits fluid flow in
one direction when a center pin is depressed and
in other direction when a pressure difference
exists.
