(17) Release two holddowns (21) on heavy-duty winch protective
screen (22) and raise heavy-duty winch protective screen.
(18) Using crane, install extension bars (13) into equipment body (14).
(19) Remove 8-ft (2.5 m) chain (11) from extension bars (13) and put chain
in stowage.
