New lamps (as required)
New door packing (if required)

LAMP AND DOOR REMOVAL
Six screws (3) and
Take out using a flat-tip screwdriver. Remove

housing (2)
door and lens (1)

Six screws (3) are captive in the
door (1).
NOTE
Only remove the lamps that do not work.
2 Taillight
Three lamps (4)
Push in and turn counterclockwise to remove.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
3 Door (1)
Preformed
Inspect for damage.
If damaged, take it out of the
packing (5)
groove and throw it away.
4 Taillight
Inspect for corrosion if the lamp is removed.
Three sockets (6)
If corroded, clean with 00 sandpaper.
Test lamps using a multimeter (page 4-58).

Throw away lamps if bad.
