4 Wiring harness
Harness terminals
a. Attach one lead of the multi meter to one
(1) and (2)
terminal (1). Probe all other terminals
(1) with the other lead of the multimeter.
If the needle of the multimeter
moves, it indicates that the harness
is shorted.
b. Repeat (a) while bending and twisting the
harness.
If the multimeter needle moves, the
harness is bad.
c. Repeat steps (a) and (b) for each
terminal (1).
