5. BRAKES DO NOT APPLY OR APPLY SLOWLY CONTINUED
If pressure is low, build up pressure.
Check connections of gladhands to air lines.
Step 3.
If air lines are not properly connected (emergency to emergency,
and service to service) connect air lines.
Check for dirty or leaking gladhands.

a. If gladhand is dirty, clean.
b. If gladhands are leaking, notify organizational maintenance.
