MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION

7. BRAKES WILL NOT APPLY OR APPLY SLOWLY.
Check for restricted and leaking air pressure in service air line.
Step 1.
If air line is restricted or damaged, replace or repair air line
Disconnect service air line at emergency relay valve, apply and release service
