O v e r h e a t e d brake drums and hubs can cause severe burns
if not touched carefully.

A n overheated wheel hub and brake drum
indicates an improperly adjusted or
defective brake or dry wheel bearing. An
abnormally cool condition indicates an
inoperative brake.
