LEVELING JACKS

HANDCRANK WILL NOT TURN.
Step 1.
Check for insufficient lubrication.
Lubricate leveling jack (Chapter 3, Section I).
Step 2.
Check for damage to leveling jack.
Replace or repair leveling jack (M514) (para 4-50 or 4-51).
Replace or repair leveling jack (M390C) (para 4-55 or 4-56).
