Disconnect air conditioner power supply
before doing maintenance work on the
electrical system.
Inspect all installed wiring for cracked or frayed
Inspection
insulation. Pay particular attention to wires pass-
ing through holes in the frame or routed around
sharp edges.
Repair or replace bad wiring.
Inspect electrical connectors and fittings for dam-
age.
Replace damaged connectors or fittings.
Use Wiring Diagram (Appen-
Tag all wire leads prior to removal.
Removal
Remove eight screws (1), eight nuts (2), and
eight flat washers (3) to release connector (4)
from housing.
Disconnect all connector plugs and terminals.
Carefully remove harness from unit.
