Hydraulic fluid (Dexron III) is TOXIC. Wear protective goggles and gloves; use only in
well-ventilated area; avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes. Skin and clothing that come in contact
with hydraulic oil should be washed immediately. Saturated clothing should be removed immediately.
Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel.
To avoid or minimize trapped pressure within tool, always disconnect supply line first. Failure to
comply could result in equipment damage.
Cleanliness is essential for correct and safe operation of the hydraulic system. Ensure dirt and
debris are not allowed to enter hydraulic system. Failure to comply may result in damage to
equipment.

Using a clean rag, wipe around hydraulic quick-release couplings (19) and (20).
(3)
Disconnect hydraulic tool from hydraulic quick-release coupling (20) on supply hose (16).
(4)
Disconnect hydraulic tool from hydraulic quick-release coupling (19) on return hose (15).
(5)
Install caps (17) and (18) on hydraulic quick-release couplings (19) and (20).
NOTE
Using a clean rag only, wipe hose lines as you guide them onto hose reel.
Hoses should be woven from side to side to ensure hoses lay evenly on reel.

Grab hoses (15) and (16) close to hose reel (3). Pull slightly until no sound is heard and hoses begin to retract.
(7)
Slowly guide hoses (15) and (16) onto hose reel (3), ensuring that they lay evenly on reel. Tuck ends of hoses into
hose reel.
