TERMINAL LUG REPLACEMENT
1
Cut off and discard terminal lug (8).
2
Strip wire (7) to depth of new terminal lug (8).
3
Crimp new terminal lug (8) onto wire (7).

TERMINAL REPLACEMENT
1
Slide shell (9) and insulator (10) back .
2
Cut off and discard terminal (12).
3
Slide insulator (10) and shell (9) off wire (11).
Discard shell and insulator if damaged.
4
Strip wire (11) to depth of new terminal (12).
5
Slide shell (9) and insulator (10) over wire (11).
6
Crimp new terminal (12) onto wire (11).
7
Slide insulator (10) and shell (9) over terminal (12).

MARKER BAND REPLACEMENT
1
Open tabs and remove marker band (13) from wire
(14).
