MANUAL BLEEDING
NOTE
Ensure that fluid Ievel in hydraulic tank (if present) and master cylinder (3) is
within in. (13 mm) from top at all times during task to avoid allowing air to enter
hydraulic system.
Hydraulic brake system manual bleeding is the same for all models except for
air/hydraulic. For M103A1 M103A3, M105A1, M107A1, M107A2, and M107A2C
begin with step 5.
Plastic tubing (1) should be approximately 18 in. (46 cm) long.

Begin with bleeder valve furthest from master cylinder. Connect plastic tubing (1) to bleeder valve (2) on
master cylinder (3).
