NOTE
If the snap (1) must be replaced and is attached to the load binder handle with a
welded link, the welded link must be broken and replaced with a quick-link.

Inspect chain assembly (2) for proper operation of load binder (1.1), quick-links (24, 24.1, and 24.2), snap (1), and
chain hook (3). Replace quick-links (24, 24.1, and 24.2), snap (1), and chain assembly (2) if any components are
defective.
