MAINTAIN TURRET (SERVICE TURRET HYDRAULICS) - Continued
To Pump Pressure Up in Manual Elevating Accumulator:
Make Sure:
q ELEV/TRAV POWER switch (A) is set to OFF.
1.
Rotate MANUAL ELEVATION
CONTROL handle (L) counter-
clockwise to depress gun to its
lowest limit.
2.
Continue rotating MANUAL ELEVATION CONTROL handle (L)
counterclockwise until back pressure will not allow any more rotation.
If no back pressure is felt after approximately 50 rotations, notify
organizational maintenance.
3.
Rotate MANUAL ELEVATION
CONTROL handle (L) clockwise
until gun is in desired position.
