When the unit is to be operated in a nuclear/biological/chemical (NBC)
environment the fresh air opening must be sealed or connected to an appropriate
NBC filtering device.
a. Remove.
Remove two sets of screws (1), lock washers (2) and flat washers (3). Remove ventilation guard (4).
