CLEANING AND INSPECTION
WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent, P-D-680, is toxic and flammable. Always wear protective goggles
and gloves, and use only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and
clothes, and DO NOT breathe vapors. DO NOT use near open flame or excessive heat.
The solvent's flash point is 100F-138F (38C-59C). If you become dizzy while
using cleaning solvent, immediately get fresh air and medical help. If solvent contacts
eyes, immediately wash your eyes and get medical aid.
1.
Clean all components with dry cleaning solvent and dry thoroughly.
2.
Inspect all components for damage. Replace if damaged.

ASSEMBLY
1.
Install spring (45) and pushrod (46) in sleeve (42),
2.
Install towbar assembly (43) and bellows (44) to sleeve (42) and tighten nut (47).
Install clamp (36) and brake ring (35).

Install nut (38), new gasket (39), and plug (40) on master cylinder (41).
Install master cylinder (41) on sleeve (42) and tighten nut (38).
5.
Install two new grease fittings (37) on sleeve (42).
